At the UI Health Mile Square Health Center, we provide the highest quality care for a range of health services. Our services include comprehensive primary care, pediatric care, reproductive care, pregnancy care, midwifery services, behavioral health, dental care, pharmacy services, and urgent care.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we deliver care to patients, regardless of ability to pay. We are dedicated to improving the health and lives of our community members through preventative care, early diagnosis of health conditions, and high-quality treatment.

Our Services

Primary Care and Pediatrics
Find care for the whole family, including health maintenance, preventative care, and diagnosis and treatment of a range of health conditions from childhood through adulthood. We also screen for and provide care for behavioral health concerns, like anxiety and depression.

Women’s Health and Reproductive Health
Receive care for your women’s health needs, including prenatal care, menstrual disorders, fertility issues, contraception, menopause, and more. Our health experts provide all-inclusive care for women’s physical and emotional health needs.

Behavioral Health
Make healthy lifestyle changes and get treatment for behavioral health concerns and substance use disorders. Our behavioral health services include psychiatry, therapy, medication-assisted recovery (MAR), and health education groups. 

Dental Care
Access a full range of general dentistry services to improve and maintain your oral health. We provide the highest level of dental care for children and adults of all ages.

Cancer Prevention
While there is no guaranteed way to prevent cancer, there are steps you can take to reduce your risk.

Urgent Care
Get care right away at one of our urgent care locations. You can walk in without an appointment to access immediate treatment for non-life-threatening injuries and conditions.

School Based Health Centers 
Find medical and behavioral health care for your whole family in one of our school health centers located in your community at Davis Elementary, Drake Elementary, National Teachers Academy, or Englewood STEM High School. For appointments, please call the site directly.
